About the Company

At Gianikas Property Management, we’re all about family. Our founder, the late George Gianikas, started his construction company Gianikas Contractors in the 1950’s and with the help of his sons, John and Tim, grew the business over the next thirty years to expand to building and managing properties all across the Nashville area—at one point being the largest apartment builder in the city.
